Cursed: Prologue

"I still can't believe you put Esha's hand in a bowl of warm water, Cee," Gabriel said to Cee, who was riding in the car with him.

        "Oh come on, I just HAD to!" replied Cee. Gabe kept scolding her, but she just looked out the car window as they kept driving back home. It was dark out, and the heavy rain didn't make driving any easier. Then, without warning, Gabriel slammed on the brakes. "What the hell was that?!" Cee shouted. "You almost made me pee myself!"

        "What's a little girl doing wandering around at night?" Gabe said to himself. The car's headlights shone on a wall, creating a large shadow of a tiny girl. Cee got out of the car, ran over to the girl, picked her up, and brought her back. Gabe got a closer look at the girl, "Are those.... wolf ears? And a tail?"
